By accessing or using American Depot's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3. Telehealth Services

Nature of Services: American Depot facilitates telehealth consultations between you and independent licensed healthcare providers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not practice medicine.

No Guarantees: Consultations do not guarantee a prescription. Healthcare providers make independent medical decisions based on your health information.

Not for Emergencies: Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. Prescriptions & Medications

All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of licensed healthcare providers. We only dispense FDA-approved medications from licensed US pharmacies. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information
  • Disclose all current medications and conditions
  • Follow medication instructions as prescribed
  • Report any adverse reactions to your provider

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or quarterly) until cancelled. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds only for orders that have not yet shipped. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for medications.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading health information
  • Use another person's account or identity
  • Resell or redistribute medications
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of our website

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
